About You

We try to make the booking process as simple as possible so to help us start putting the accommodation tenancy agreement together we require some details about you. This is a legally binding document so please make sure the information is accurate and matches your ID (e.g. passport or photocard driving licence).

e.g. U1234567 (If you don't have a student number, just enter N/A)

About your guarantor

As a student it's often difficult to prove you have the finances in place to make regular rent payments, so we ask most applicants for a guarantor. Your guarantor will need to have lived in the UK for the last 3 years, sign a Guarantor Agreement, be in fulltime employment, and holds a passport. If you do not have anyone that can be your guarantor please leave this section blank and a member of staff will contact you about other options.

And finally...

Please provide any other information that we need to know about you, or the accommodation you are booking with us. How did you find HudLets? By booking a room HudLets has a legitimate, contractual and legal obligation in processing your data as outlined in our Privacy Statement.
