Saw Mill is our student accommodation property in Huddersfield available to students for the academic year.
Situated on the junction of Kingsmill Lane and Wakefield Road, just a short walk from the University, it’s an ideal location for student accommodation in Huddersfield. Not only is the property just down the road from the university campus and Students’ Union, but it’s directly opposite a supermarket and food outlets.
Saw Mill offers accommodation in flats consisting of 7-10 ensuite bedrooms with a shared kitchen and living areas, and studios with their own kitchenette and living area. Saw Mill has a common room with a free pool table, Sky television and vending machines, an outdoor seating area and onsite laundry facilities.
Accommodation at Saw Mill includes Wi-Fi and internet @ 100Mbps throughout the building, contents insurance and all bills so you don’t have to worry about any unexpected costs.

As all Classic en-suite rooms are in a shared flat, the shared kitchen and lounge area is a great place to relax with your flatmates.

Our Classic plus en-suite rooms provide great value for money and are our most popular rooms. Each room has a large working space with desk and chair to make your room an ideal environment for your studies and is fully Wi-Fi connected.
